Pricing

$450 per case, up to 1,000 pages

Above 1,000 pages, each additional page is $0.40, quoted in writing before work starts, so a 1,500-page record set is $650. Turnaround is 48 hours after the complete record set arrives. We confirm the page count and the price in writing before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Your first case is half price, which is $225 for up to 1,000 pages. That way you can judge the work on a real file before you commit to anything.

First case: if the chronology isn't usable for your file, tell us within 7 days and we refund it in full.

Timeline across every provider

One chronological table covering every facility and provider in the record set: date, provider, what happened, and the page it came from. We sort entries by date and merge the duplicates we find.

A citation on every entry

Each entry points to its source file and page, so you can verify it or pull the quote without hunting through the stack.

Medical facts only

We don't opine on standard of care, causation, or damages. That's your expertise and it goes in your report, under your name.

PDF and editable Word

You get the Word file so you can add your analysis, change the layout, and put it on your letterhead.

Some AI chronology products are sold to attorneys so they can skip the nurse. We sell to you. We never contact your attorney clients, the work product goes out under your name, and your clinical opinion is the part we don't touch.

How it works

1. Tell us about the case using the form below: case type, rough page count, and deadline. Don't put patient details or records in the form.
2. We reply within one business day with a firm quote and a secure upload link to a private, encrypted workspace. If you need a Business Associate Agreement, we sign it first.
3. You upload the records. The 48-hour clock starts once the set is complete.
4. You get the chronology in PDF and Word, then review it and add your opinion. If something is wrong or missing, tell us and we'll fix it at no charge.

How it's made

Software does the first pass. It reads every page, pulls out dated medical events, and links each one back to its page. Then a person checks the draft against the records before it goes to you: AI-assisted, human-checked. Where handwriting or a scan can't be read reliably, we flag it for you instead of guessing. For very large sets, we confirm the due time in the quote before you commit.

We're a young company and we'd rather you judge the work than take our word for it. Review the first chronology the way you'd review a new colleague's work. That's what the half-price first case and the first-case refund are for.

Confidentiality

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, each client's workspace is isolated at the database level, and every access to health information is audit-logged. Records are stored in the US on Google Cloud, and AI processing runs on AWS and Google Cloud under our signed BAAs with both. The models don't train on your data. We'll sign a BAA with you before you upload if your case needs one. We delete case records on request when the engagement ends.
