For legal nurse consultants who do chronologies for attorneys
Your brand, our draft.
We draft the chronology; you review it, finalize it and bill it under your practice. You get a page-cited draft 48 hours after the complete record set arrives, as an editable Word file you can brand plus a PDF.
AI-assisted, human-checked.
Who it's for
Independent legal nurse consultants who build medical chronologies for attorneys and bill $125 to $200 an hour. If sorting and ordering records takes the hours you'd rather spend on analysis, or you turn cases away when several land at once, this is the part we take off your desk.
What you get
- A draft in 48 hours
- A case summary plus one chronological timeline across every provider, back 48 hours after the complete record set arrives.
- A page citation on every entry
- Each entry points to its source file and page, so you can check it against the record in seconds before it carries your name.
- Editable Word you can brand, plus PDF
- Put your practice name, letterhead and layout on it, add your analysis, and send it as your work product.
- Unreadable pages flagged
- Where handwriting or a poor scan can't be read reliably, we flag the page for you instead of guessing.
- Medical facts only
- No opinions on standard of care, causation or damages. That's your expertise, and it stays in your report.
What you keep
- The opinion
- You review, correct and finalize the draft. The clinical analysis is yours.
- The client relationship
- Zicron never contacts your clients. The attorney works with you, not us.
- The billing
- You set your rate and invoice your client. We invoice you per case.
Pricing
$450 per case, up to 1,000 pages
Above 1,000 pages, each additional page is $0.40, quoted in writing before work starts. No subscription and no minimum. Your first case is half price ($225 up to 1,000 pages).
First case: if the chronology isn't usable for your file, tell us within 7 days and we refund it in full.
Starter pack: 3 cases for $1,050
Paid up front and used within 90 days, each case up to 1,000 pages. The refund guarantee covers the first case in the pack.
The math, shown honestly
If a 1,000-page chronology takes you 8–12 hours at $150/hr, that's $1,200–$1,800 of your time; our draft is $450 and you review and finalize it.
Illustration only, not a claim: the hours and rate are an example, not something we've measured. Use your own numbers.
Trust
- We sign a BAA with you before you send any records.
- AI processing runs on AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI under signed BAAs, and the models don't train on your records.
- Records are stored in the US, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Files are deleted on request.
- Every entry carries a page citation.
- AI-assisted, human-checked: a person checks the draft against the records before delivery.
How it works
- Tell us about a case using the form below: case type, rough page count and deadline. No patient details or records in the form.
- We reply within one business day with a quote, the BAA and a secure upload link to a private, encrypted workspace.
- You upload the records. The 48-hour clock starts once the set is complete.
- You get the draft in Word and PDF, check it against the records, add your opinion and send it under your name. If something is wrong or missing, we fix it at no charge.
